Paperwork required;
- A current Land Registry Report (Nota Simple) – this should be requested via your Legal Advisor or direct from the corresponding Land Registry Office (Registro de la Propiedad) who can issue a Report confirming the land description, ownership and state of charges (Nota Simple).
